    To support our associates' daily commute, we provide a monthly Careem allowance. This allowance can also be used for alternate travel services, with reimbursements processed upon submission of relevant receipts.

    Daycare Services

    We offer eligibility for Engro daycare facilities. Alternatively, associates can choose external daycare services, with the company reimbursing as per policy, ensuring peace of mind for working parents.

    Travel Policy

    With child for local or international travel, associates with children up to 2 years old can travel with the mother and a caregiver, with all related costs covered by Engro, making travel more convenient and stress-free.
